Techie Clueless - I need help!!!

I can't get my downloaded songs on my Samsung Note 20 to play, much less download, to the Spotify on my computer.  Spotify will play radio streaming and podcasts, but nothing I've downloaded.  Can someone please help...in "very simple" terms.  Thanks so much!

Thanks for reaching out. The songs refuse to download and play only on the computer, is that correct? What's the behaviour exactly? Do you get any error message? Consider performing a clean reinstall, that can help with a multitude of issues.
