My Question or Issue

Application crashes every 5 minutes. When it crashes it becomes an unresponsive black screen.

Could you send me the Spotify version you're currently running? You can find this information by going to Help > About Spotify.

Also, did you download Spotify from the Spotify website, or from the Microsoft Store?

After you gather that information, I would recommend performing a clean reinstall.

Please follow these instructions. I recommend installing the version from the Microsoft Store.
