Next and previous media keys skip twice instead of once

My Question or Issue

I use a Logitech K380 keyboard with my Surface Book 2, and when I use the media keys (next and previous) it skips the current track and the one after it. I was wondering how to mitigate this problem. It does not occur with the play/pause key.

I have the same issue. Restarting the HID service fixes it for 10 seconds but then it goes back to being broken.

In this case, we'd like to gather some additional info to understand better what's happening on your side. Would you mind sending us the make/model and OS of the computer on which you noticed this behavior along with the Spotify version you're running there?

On another note, just to confirm, are you also using the same keyboard model (Logitech k380) mentioned above? It'd be great if you sent us a short video recording of what's happening, so we can better visualize what you're mentioning. You can attach the video in your next reply in mp4 format, or you can also upload it to YouTube or Google Drive and make it public, so we can watch it.

Lastly, just to confirm, has the app always been behaving like this or did it start to happen after a specific event such as an OS update? Please send us the details about it.
