My Question or Issue

My internet connection is pristine, yet i cannot search anything on spotify. it always results in "no results found" no matter what i type in. i've restarted the application and even my computer several times to no avail

I'm having the same issue. Basic searches for obvious bands and songs

Same issue for me on both the webpage and desktop. spent the last hour troubleshooting and reinstalled from both spotify and the microsoft store, logged out, cleared cache, and disabled accelerated graphics, toggled offline mode, even turned off my vpn. Super frustrating.

Thanks for reaching out and letting us know about this!

We'd suggest restarting the network device (router or modem) and then log out and log back in to the Spotify app. If that doesn't help, try with a different connection (another Wi-Fi network or a mobile hotspot with mobile data).

If possible, let someone else log in on your computers/devices with their own account, to see if the issue persists. Also, let us know if the behavior is the same on a mobile device.
