No songs are available on Spotify

I am on latest version of Spotify as far as I am aware (given that I just re-installed 3 times)

My Question or Issue

I had a problem with Spotify starting on start up even when I had disabled it in settings. So I uninstalled and re-installed to try and fix this.

When I re-installed, I found that none of my playlists had any songs in them and all my saved albums were missing

https://i.imgur.com/oxmIBHF.png - I had abou 350 songs in this playlist (and hundreds more accros my other playlists so I don't want to go and re-add everything. Even if I wanted to go and re-add everything I can't - but I'll get to this later)

I also can't play any songs. Whether it is a playlist created by Spotify or some random person or an album. Basically I can't use the desktop app to play songs anymore 😕

I also can't add any songs to my playlists. I can't search for any songs and add them or add them from some one elses playlists, or from the recomended songs either.

I not even going to bother fixing spotify starting on startup anymore since this is obvously more important.

I have tried re-installing spotify; twice through Firefox, and once through the Windows Store. I have also tried re-booting my computer. Nothing seems to fix it.

This problem is not appearing on my Phone (Huawei Mate 20 Lite), or on my tablet (iPad mini from a few years ago) - Spotifty is working on both these devices fine so it is just on Desktop.

same for me, I had to reinstall spotify because I couldn't play some songs and now I can't play any of spotify songs and my playlists are empty as well, all I can do is play local files 😞

btw, I can see my songs on my playlists on spotify webplayer but I can't listen to playlists even through webplaylist

i have the same problem. playlists empyt and cant play any music exept the mobile version
