No sound Windows 11 headphones

I can't get Spotify to play through my new 1MORE Piston Fit Bluetooth In-Ear Headphones SM-N950U.
I've tried the Spotify App.
I've also tried Spotify web player both with Spotify App installed and removed via Edge and Chrome.

To investigate this further, we'll need to gather as much info as possible. First, would you mind checking if this issue happens using a different headphones then the one you mentioned?

Also, could you try them on a PC with Windows 10 or a mobile device to see if it makes any difference?

Lastly, could you check if a different streaming service is also affected (like YouTube) or if its just with Spotify?
