My Question or Issue

Tried clean reinstalling, deleting temporary files, restarting the device, incognito mode, reinstalling browser but the error still wont go on browser and the app

Hi there @HarshitAgnihotri,

 

Thanks for the post.

 

Since this is happening on both your web player and the Desktop app, it could be a network related issue. Can you try connecting to another network, like a mobile hotspot WiFi from your phone?

Thanks for replying, but no i even tried that earlier doesn't work by changing the network even tried connecting through ethernet but no luck,

Anything else i can try?

Thanks for the reply.

 

Could you try with a hotspot from your phone as well, if you haven't done so?

 

It's also important to test a new account on the affected device so we can exclude account related issues.

Hey there 

thanks for replying i have tried with my phone's hotspot and many other hotspots so its not a connection issue and as for logging in with a new account on the same device i tried and still got the same issue also tried different login methods but still nothing

Anything else i can do?

Followed this process and cleared the hosts file and it worked
