No sync between desktop and mobile, albums won't play either

My Question or Issue
Whenever I play music from my phone, I am able to sync the Spotify mobile app with the web app, and vise versa. However, I recently have been unable to sync music from either the mobile app or web browser to the desktop app. Moreover, I can't play any albums through the desktop apps. I can play playlists, though any of the songs I play through playlists do not sync to the mobile or web apps. I have performed many clean reinstalls of Spotify, and the issue still persists.
