Hey there @Mutterhead!

Have you checked the Spotify mobile app or any other device to see if the playlist you’re looking at shows a different number of followers?

If possible, feel free to share a screenshot or a quick video so we can take a closer look at what’s happening on your end.

Keep me posted!

Greetings,

Actually, all of my playlists were frozen, which is odd since their is always up or down movement with followers on a weekly basis. Three or four days after my post, Spotify updated, then the next day Microsoft updated, and flipped through a few Spotify exe. that I hadn't seen before and followers started moving again, until last week, with Spotify for Windows (64 bit)
1.2.51.345.gcc39d911update. My take is that Microsoft and Spotify aren't updating together on windows 10 any more.

Thanks for the follow up. Cheers

Thanks for getting back @Mutterhead!

Can you double-check on the Spotify mobile app to see if your playlist followers are updating or if it’s still "frozen" like in the Desktop app as you mentioned? This will help us rule out any potential cache issues or something similar to the Desktop app.
