Offline Mode Not Working

Trying to play some Downloaded music on my computer while I don't have Internet connection. Spotify is giving me the "something went wrong try reloading page error" even while in Offline Mode. I've restarted the app/computer to now avail. Any idea's? Pictures attached.

Thanks for reaching out on the Community!

It's also worthwhile restarting the app twice in a row, to see if this would make any difference. This may sound odd but it's how the app does a refresh and resynchronizes with your profile.

If the above doesn't help, could we ask you to provide the pictures again (or a short video), as they did not appear in your first post, and also to share with us the exact version of the Spotify app you have running on your desktop device?
