One specific ad crashes the music player

My Question or Issue

There is this one ad (AXA insurance) that makes listening to music almost impossible. Everytime it comes on, the video will stutter - only playing milliseconds at a time with long breaks in between. Pressing pause and play doesn't help and sometimes it takes multiple minutes to finish, while at other times it just doesn't load and I have to close and reopen the program.

This only happens with this one ad (and sometimes the one that comes after it), so there doesn't seem to be a problem with my computer.
