Onkyo receiver not showing in connect device list

Hi, I have problems with the the windows desktop app. When I first start my pc and than my receiver, the receiver is not showed in the device list. I have to reboot pc. When I first start receiver first, it is in the device list, every think is working.

On my android phone everything works fine. So it is not a network problem. When I start in my android app the receiver shows in desktop app.
