Only plays one song from a playlist or album then stops, please help!

I have just subscribed to spotify premium family edition. Excited for it due to many positive reviews. Chose this over apple. I have downloaded the spoify program for my work PC windows 7 in hopes of streaming music. The issue is that if I select a playlist or album, it will only play one song and then start the next song and stop a few seconds after it starts. I have done search and tried many things to no avail. Reinstalls, crossfade settings, nothing has worked yet. Somewhat disappointed so far that a premuim program does not work. Please help.

I have the same issue since years and I was not ablew to find a real fix. The plan B is to use the web browser it works just ok.
