PC App won't launch, can't uninstall, reinstall doesn't help

I'm premium since 2011, this never happened to me. The PC app is not launching as it always did when I start my pc. I cannot uninstall and I tried to reinstall a lot of times. I deleted all the spotify folders I can find on my pc but it's still not working and it's still on the programs list.

I'm Windows 7 Ultimate. Spain.
