PC Spotify: Devices not showing anything especially Amazon Echo

My Question or Issue

 All of my other computers, pc's, work just fine with Spotify and Echo.  I'm able to see the "Other Devices" when I click on it and the little popup window shows up with current computer and the Echo.  However, on the HP, it doesn't show that option.  
Is there something I'm missing as far as setup?  Both devices, pcs, are linked to the WiFi, as is the HP, there's nothing different as far as that setup goes.
Any ideas?

Hey @Srlake314.

Let's try turning your internet router off for 30 seconds and back on. If that doesn't do the trick, let us know if there's only one WiFi signal, or if you're using multiple to cover a large place.

Also, make sure you're logging in with the same Spotify account as the other computers. You could have multiple accounts, and you're logging in to the wrong one by mistake.
