Same song and sequence everytime

My Question or Issue

 Everytime I start Spotify the same song starts and the sequence after this song is the same as well. To fix this I have to log out all accounts everywhere and then it will open with no song. However the next time I open it there will be a new song and sequence in place that will be the same all the time again. I don't think it should be necessary to do this extra step just to get normal service.

Sadly, that did not solve the issue.
