PC app not loading properly.

Hi, spotify is set to open automatically when i log onto my PC (windows 8). However it comes up with a partial menu bar but does not fully load. I am not sure it even logs in. I have no problem getting it on my phone or through a web browser. The cursor just keeps showing that something is loading but it never completes the task. My internet connection is fine as everything else works

I have the same problem and from what I can see, no one has responded. I really want this fixed as it has been 2 weeks since Spotify PC has stopped working for me

Same here. I've tried 3 different browsers, and get the same result each time. After clicking on the spotify icon, the black screen will come up, with a few details at the top, but login does not come up, and there are absolutely no pics or lists. The screen is solid black.

If your mobile or web player works fine (which means your account is not the problem) the problem might be on your PC.

Spotify could be disturbed by some tasks operating on your background: close all the apps and progarms on your background and see if it works;

If it still does not load properly, then try reinstalling Spotify to see if it works.
