PC playlist songs not ALL available on mobile

Howdy,

I have checked the download box for one of my playlists filled with my local files, I believe that worked fine.

The issue i am having is that not all of those local file songs downloaded are available for streaming on my mobile app, most of them are but there is still a bunch that are greyed out and require me to download them on the mobile app to use them.

My problem with this is that I would like to stream my own music, if i wanted to store it on my phone I would just copy it to the internal storage.

assistance would be greatly appreciated.
