Play Queue can't be manipulated on desktop when streaming to iPhone

Play Queue can't be manipulated on desktop when streaming to iPhone

As of this morning when streaming from iPhone, can no longer use the Desktop interface to move songs up or down in Play Queue.  You can drag the song and get the green bar, but when released it does not actually move. 

 

Can move songs in the queue on the phone, and the changes immediately appear in the queue on the desktop interface. 

 

Has worked fine for years until this morning.  Restarting desktop and phone has no effect.

Was able to resolve by uninstalling Spotify, downloading same current version, and reinstalling. 

This is an ongoing daily issue.  I have to install an old version of Spotify and reinstall the new version to be able to manipulate the play queue or add songs into the queue.  It will work until I stop streaming.  Then, I have to start all over with installing old and then new.  Over and over. 

Now this is occuring on multiple computers with the latest version of Spotify.  Come on and fix this, this is infuriating.
