Playback from web player in Firefox goes jerky

My Question or Issue

At times the audio jerks into the web palyer in Firefox and I can't listen anymore. I tried to increase the cache in Firefox but the problem is not solved. Does anyone have a similar problem? Advice to solve?

Can you please elaborate on your issue and let us know exactly what happens? A video of the behavior would be best (you can attach it to your comment or upload it via YouTube or Google Drive).

Also, does the same issue occur when using a different browser?
