My Question or Issue

Spotify won’t let me log into this specific PC, keep getting a message saying “ Oops! Something went wrong, please try again or check out our help area” tried other forms of logging in like my email and still won’t let me. I can log into any other device except this computer. It will let me log in like 10% of the time. I tried downloading the application instead of using it on my browser and still get the same message. Some one help T_T

This sounds a bit odd and we'll do our best to help you out here.

 

Could you try to restart your device to see if that makes any difference for you?


We'd also recommend giving this a try on a different network. If possible, ask a friend or a family member to start a hotspot for you and use that network to test if you'll be able to log in. If this is not possible - try with another Wi-Fi connection instead.
