My Question or Issue

Hi! This started a few days ago; When I'm scrolling on a playlist the currently playing song is no longer highlighted in green. This is not an issue on mobile, nor is it an issue on albums. I'm wondering if I changed a setting that I'm unaware of? Either way I'd really like that feature back because it makes finding songs on a playlist easier. Thank you!

Hey folks,

At the moment, the currently playing song will be highlighted in green only in the playlist/album you're listening from. If you have the same song saved in other playlists, it won't be highlighted there. Screenshots below:

actually today my issue is resolved. no idea why.....BUT...Spotify wont connect to my denon receiver now, which makes me think maybe you're on the right track. I havent been able to differentiate if it has always happened when Im connect to my denon or just playing on this computer. Maybe its something in the connect options that gets hung up.

Hey folks,

We've tested from our end and it works fine with another smart speaker. However, we know there might be differences with the integration of other third party devices like the ones mentioned here, so we've forwarded the feedback to the relevant teams.

For now, we can suggest that you keep your devices fully up to date so you don't miss out on any developments.

The Community will be here if anything else comes up.

Cheers!
