Playing songs between windows and galaxy phone

Hi guys

I have a premium account, I've used Spotify heavily over for around 5 years now.

I listen mainly through my Galaxy S9+ but would occasionally use PC and do the switch with choosing to play through PC.

But lately I switch to windows and the song plays but I don't get any sound.

The sound works fine for everything else on my PC, it even shows Spotify at a volume, the track is playing and everything, but just no music plays back.

Has anyone encountered this before? Just wondering if it's something small, it's irritating.

I have experienced something similliar. Try to logout/login on both devices and fully restart then. On your computer just logout and terminate the application and on the phone try to logout and then go into Settings->Apps->Stop Application.

Restart both and login and see if the issue is solved.
