Playlist I created won't load on iPhone or in web player using Chrome

I have a playlist that shows up in my library in the iPhone app, the title is still there and correct but it no longer shows the number of songs or created by underneath, and when I click on it in my iPhone it just has the 3 dots like it's waiting, waiting, waiting...but nothing happens. Within the web player it still shows the correct title, number of songs and created by, but says "oops, something went wrong while loading the playist, reload". When I click reload it just says "aw snap something went wrong please try again later". This has been going on for days. I've logged in and out, reloaded the app, turned things on and off, nothing seems to be working. Help???
