Playlist Radio adding Songs to playlist have any reflection to what songs play?

I am listening to a playlist radio I created, I was wondering that if add any songs to the playlist, would those addtions to included into the active playlist, or would i have to delete the playlist radio and restart it for the addtions to be included in the radio
