Playlist description is caching on desktop app

My Question or Issue

Changing a playlist description seems to update the description on other devices (thus, the server I guess). However, no change is reflected on the desktop app. I waited days because another thread said it "needs time to update". Nope! Still the old one. This must be a simple server request to get playlist descriptions so I don't understand why it's not updating. I tried restarting the app, waiting days, and changing views to trigger the refresh. Still the old description.
