Songs playlist will not sync/update on Windows

My Question or Issue

Hi there, Spoitfy community.

I'm really at a loss here with this issue. I've come across a few songs that I've saved (via the plus button under the album art) and I have to constantly reinstall Spoitfy in order for this playlist to update, which seems pretty crazy every time I want to listen to any new songs. However, on my Linux box, my newly added songs are there and I can listen without an issue. 

This issue has been ongoing for the past few months and I've tried logging in/out. Reinstalling seems to be the only "solution".

Using the Windows Store Version - 1.1.9.383.g9f8828e

Update: I lied, my linux box is having the same issue but signing out and back in fixes it.
