My Question or Issue

I've attached an MP4 screen recording of the issue described below:

When attempting to play songs from any playlist, be it shuffle or not shuffled, it will only play 99 forward/backward (198 total) songs relative to the first song chosen to play (I have not counted exactly how many in one direction or another). I've also attached a photo with my proof of this, with an explanation after the video explanation.

In the case of my video, I started at the very end of the playlist, and using the "loop" option, using only the Previous/Next song playing button at the bottom of the player. The intended result is to restart at the beginning of the playlist. Instead, it starts playing Sia - Cheap Thrills which is in the latter half of the total songs available. Again, using only the Previous/Next buttons, pressing next multiple times continues as expected, playing the nth (equal to amount of times Next was pressed) song after Cheap Thrills, until the end of the playlist. Reversing that action and pressing Previous until Cheap Thrills brings the player back to the last song of the playlist, completely ignoring any song preceding Cheap Thrills. In this case, there are only 99 songs in what the player thinks is the playlist because the song I start with is the very last song in the playlist for ease of demonstration.

The photo I also uploaded is simply to show that the full playlist shows the correct number of songs. In the video, you see that there are 545 song in the playlist, under the combined album art. In the screenshot, you can see a count of all the child elements of the playlist HTML container, which also equals 545. The 2nd command adds another layer to the selector, selecting the 446th element in the very same container from above. 545 - 99 = 446, and expanding the returned HTML element correctly shows Cheap Thrills.

Overall, this bug makes it tough for me to like Spotify because the playlist is an evergrowing one that contains any song that I even moderately like if I can find it on Spotify, and listening to the same 99 songs when using the Listen to Playlist button (or 198 if I start in the middle of the playlist). I have attempted some of the suggestions that include signing out of all other session instances, but to no avail.
