Playlist text and image revert to old version after restarting client

Hi there,
 
Since about a week any changes I make to my existing playlists (both image and text) keep reverting back to the same old version afer restarting my Spotify client. The only way to maintain the changes is to change them, close the client, uninstall and re-install. -.-
 
I use the Spotify client under Windows 10 on an Acer Aspire E5-523 laptop, log in through Facebook, have been a Premium member for about a year now, and never had this (or any other) issue before, not on this nor any other device. Does anyone have this veeeeeeery annoying bug as well or know of any solution?
