Playlists aren't downloaded

Hey!
First I want to say sorry for my bad english 😉 
My problem:
Spotify doesn't download my playlists. There is the following text at the "Download" button: "Waiting for connection...".
I reinstalled Spotify and my computer has enough storage.

Could you send me your Windows and Spotify version? Also, does reinstalling the app helps at all?

 

You can also try turning your internet router off for 30 seconds and back on to test it out.

My Spotify version: 1.0.77.338.g758ebd78
My Windows version: Windows 10 Home, 1709

After I restarted my router, my problem is always there. And yes I reinstalled Spotify, too.

That's odd.

 

Do you use an antivirus or firewall that could be interfering with the Spotify app? If so, make sure spoSpot is set as an exception before trying again.

 

If possible, you can also try using a different internet connection to test it out.
