My Question or Issue
It's been some days now that on my pc songs on my playlists are not shown anymore but when I log in the same profile on my smartphone the songs are there!
Furthermore when I look for some songs searching them they are displayed as results of the search but when I click on play they're not played, the only things I can see are a blank space instead of the cover of the album and the time elapsed counter stuck at 0.00.
I've already tried uninstalling/reinstalling the desktop app but nothing happened.
Please help
Thank you for your time

Same. The browser is also compeltely unresponsive.
Hello my friend, I had exactly the same problem, I just uninstalled the Spotify and downloaded and installed an older version of Spotify then it went again. I hope I could help .
I have this exact same problem. I have tried logging out and in, uninstalling and installing again, deleting the "localfiles.bnk", and much more "solutions" I read online, but nothing works. Neither the Web Browser Player works for me. I only have this problem on my PC, not on my phone.
Where can I find the exe of an older version?
Thanks a lot. That worked! But I think that a customer shouldn't worry about that problem if the previous versions of the app worked...
