Plays 2 songs and stops, no commercials either

My Question or Issue

On my desktop using Windows 10, it plays 2 songs and stops.  None of the commercials play, it just stops.  I have to close out of Spotify, wait a few seconds, reopen it and hit play again.  2 more songs and stops.  I have tried all the Google suggestions - Uninstall/reinstall, empty cache, log out log in, reboot etc. 

NOTHING - anyone have a real solution that worked?

As an advertiser - you should be upset as well, I cant hear the commercials you are paying for.
