Sliders (volume and "time") not working

My Question or Issue

I can't move the volume slider with mouse, I can only increase/decrease volume by keyboard shortcuts (CTRL + up/down arrow) and I can't seek forward/backward by using the slider too, I can only do it by shortcuts again, everything works but the sliders don't and this is a big issue for me, fast response would be appreciated

So it just magically started working again after like 3 days.
