Podcast does not pick up from where you leave on web player (browser version)

My Question or Issue

When you listen to podcasts, and then pause and leave, when you come back, it does not remember where you paused. Therefore have to constantly note the time when stopping for a while. Very frustrating. I know this functionality works on the Mobile App and Desktop softwate but does not work on the Spotify Player (browser) version.
