Google Mini in Canada

So I have received an email from Spotify asking me to redeem my Google Mini. I click the link from the email saying "get yours now" and I go to a Spotify page that gives me the 404 page not found error. Anyone know what link or address I go to so I can claim my mini? I have a Google Account and have been a premium member for numerous years.
