Possible to determine available devices by IP?

Hello

I have multiple connect capable devices on my network. There is a device that shows up that for the life of me I can't figure out what it is. I see track progress when I play to this device so I assume it's actually on-line. It's labeled garage but I have nothing that I can think of that this matches. All other devices are accounted for and I've looked at the network via a scan and in my DCHP list and there is nothing with a host name of the garage.

Is there any way to get additional information, such as IP, MAC etc on what this device is?
