My Question or Issue

Subscribed to premium but it isn't working. checked for a second account but it doesn't exist. The payment has gone through it isn't even pending. Can't even view the receipt for the transaction in my spotify account but can see the transaction on my online bank passbook

When you click on the link bellow, does your account show as Free or Premium?

 

Are the credentials correct?

That's odd. If you're sure there's no other account, and that the payment wasn't reimbursed, I suggest you get in touch with the Spotify Cares staff - They'll be happy to help you further with this.
