My Question or Issue

For a long time, I experience a few problems. Let's start with Windows desktop Spotify. Playing anything on a desktop app is impossible. All playlists are empty, when I try to play any music from random mix etc, there is just a grey disc logo (where should be song icon), no name of song or duration. Problem with web player; when desktop version didn't work I changed to use web player but here is a problem too! When I try to search from there is just an error; "Sadly, there was a problem. *Try Again*" I tried to use all fixes from other posts but any helped in my case. If anyone knows how to fix that issue, please help.

I tried steps all posts which I could find by Google or on this community. None of them helped.
