Profile not showing up in search

My Question or Issue

I usually navigate to my sister's profile on Spotify via the search bar by typing in her name as it's faster than going through 3 different menus to find it. Today I typed in her name and her profile doesn't show up at all in the results. I was able to see it by going to another friend's followers list, and her name shows up there. I can search via her user number, however - that comes up, but it doesn't list her name in the results, only on her profile page.

This happens on all three devices I have - Samsung S7, Galaxy Tab A, and desktop app. I have no problems finding other people via search, just her for some reason!
