Queue keeps changing - adding banned songs and generally being a fxcking menace

My Question or Issue

As stated - the queue keeps changing, so the next song played isn't the one in the queue. I can remove a song only to have it come back to the queue in a new place. I've done this 10 times straight, it just keeps popping back. None of those songs have been liked, some even removed/banned. 

I think the Spotify programmers are just trying to be too clever, and falling over their own toes trying to stand up.

I've been experiencing this during smart shuffle. I play my playlist at work and I'll remove a song from the queue because of explicit language and the songs will re-add themselves later in the queue at a random time with no notification. Also, when I add a song to my liked songs, the queue will restart from the very first song and play all the songs in the exact same order they've already played. So, if I've been listening for two hours, the same two hours gets re-added to the queue. Ridiculous.

Spotify programmers need to figure their stuff out, man.
