My Question or Issue


Hi! If I add a song to the queue during a commercial when I already have songs queued, it deletes the queue and only keeps the one queued song (which plays immediately after the ad, since others are deleted.


This does not affect 'Next Up' tracks.

Just to confirm, does what you reported still happen if you log out and then back in to your account or if you use a different internet connection? 


It'd also be great to double-check the app is up-to-date and try a reinstall if you still experience what you reported. 


If none of these suggestions do the trick, let us know and we'll start looking into this in greater detail.

I have done all of the above, it happens on my work PC and home, and I had a new computer recently, so brand new installation. I have logged out and back many times.


It seems to be a software bug (I searched online, and have seen other encountered, but no fix).

This is so much still a problem, and one with a long history ... Why isn't it resolved?
