Radio gives error all the time. it does not work!

I can not play the radio neither on PC and mobile phone. Why is this so?

Can you please give me some more details about it? Is it ANY radio you try to play, or just specific ones? 

Did it start recently? Do you get any error messages?

Yes! any radio station i tried to play on my pc or mobile device is not working. It's giving error like those pictures I shared.

What's your operational system (desktop and mobile)?

Can you please try reinstalling the apps following the steps bellow?

I reinstalled the desktop app. Now I can not play any song more than 6sec. and radio still gives error 🤕 why is that really? Its nonsense
