My Question or Issue

My spotify is randomly playing music that I've never heard of from artists I've also never heard of.  From what I can tell, there isn't any rhyme or reason to what is chosen, and it just auto-starts playing after about 10-30 seconds of being paused on my usual playlist.  I couldn't find any settings to disable it or anything.  It has only started since I got home, but I dont believe anyone in my house would be listening to 10-20 explicit songs in a row from what sounds something like rap(?)  For example, while I was typing this up, a random playlist (see attached file) started up for no reason.  Only way I'm able to stop it is by ending the task.  Please help if you can.
