Random songs being played without me doing anything.

My Question or Issue

So I was playing a game of CS:GO and randomly my normal playlist switched to some random song that I've never even heard of. So I did a little bit of digging and I found the artist to have the same amount of listens on every one of their songs with the only album being post on December 30, 2020. Kind of weird but whatever so I go through the normal steps of changing my password, resetting all my app connections and hitting the log out everywhere button. After doing all of that, it persisted which is really weird. I had heard about this problem an absolute while ago in a YouTube video that I've since forgotten the name of but apparently people hack accounts and bot listens to exploit the listening revenue of Spotify. So anyway, I don't really know what else to do other.
