Random switching of playback device

Hello, I recently started getting an issue with my songs stopping on my desktop and then starting to play on my phone which is charging right next to my computer. This happens a couple times a day and it's very annoying. Possibly worth mentioning it didnt happen unitll i upgraded my phone to the galaxy s8
