Random weird playlist appeared on my account and obstruct with my play time

My Question or Issue

It's been happening for quite a few weeks now, almost every single time I open my Spotify on my phone especially around 1300 to 1800 (GMT+8) I always saw songs playing on some Web Browser (Mozilla or Chrome)on my account; Furthermore, the songs that been played is some weird acoustic, background song type of music. Then I realize that I have my account not logged out on my laptop browser, so I changed my password and logged out of everything, hopefully it helped. But this issue is still repeating, I felt creepy initially, now I just felt annoyed. I think it's like a bot or something playing it on repeat for listening count? Don't know if this make sense since I saw some post about people creating bot or fake account to boost their listening count,I dont know... Please Help.
