Desktop app stuck on black screen

Spotify won't start even though I have internet and I've already reinstalled the app.
OS:
Windows 11.
Spotify for Windows (64 bit) 1.2.39.578.g0ea3f38b

Web version is working, and app on MacOS also works fine.

Thanks for reaching out. We've moved your post out to be its own thread. 

If you've only done a regular reinstall, try doing a clean reinstall instead as that is known to resolve a lot of issues. If everything works fine on other devices, then the issue must be on that device specifically so this should prove helpful.
