Recently Played NOT updating

My Question or Issue

I'm having the Home page always with 3 playlists present as Recently Played and it's really annoying because these are NOT the latest... not even close.

Please fix this, seems like a bug. I've already reinstalled the client and it appears the same way and also I've installed it on another machine and got the same result, so it seems like something account based.

Hey @Valentin124,

There is a known issue with the recently played section not always updating correctly in the home section of the desktop version of Spotify. I would recommend voting and commenting on this thread in order to pass your information along to the Spotify team. Unfortunately, there is no time frame given for a fix at this point, but as a workaround, you should be able to access an accurate version of your recently played selections by clicking "recently played" in the left hand sidebar under "Your Library."

Hi, I see that post is from 2019 and we're in the middle of **bleep** June and it's still haven't been fixed. Like.... wth?! How cand such an easy bug slip like this for months? Is anyone even QAing these builds? I work in the industry, give me access to the code and I'll fix this!
