Search by YEAR or ALBUM not working

Hi, I like to listen to albums from different years, and did so for a long time.

Search used to work well but suddenly stopped working a few months back. I have waiting for it to be fixed assuming it is a bug, but has not. Can I get an update please on what is happening.

PS. I am getting impatient and am thinking of going elsewhere.

Hey @markwcol, welcome to the community!

If you're referring to the advanced search term "year:YEAR", try adding a space to the end of it, and it should work like a charm.

This was previously reported, but we don't have an update about it yet. Fingers crossed it'll be fixed soon.
