Shuffle is not random??

Surely shuffle is supposed to be random? Mine definitely is not. It plays the same songs over and over, and the more I listen to one artist, the more it seems to play that artist. I have so many songs in my library that never get a listen.

Is there a fix to this? I'm seriously considering cancelling my premium and going elsewhere.

I will add that I am using the browser version so no version issues here. I am playing my "Liked songs" playlist and activated shuffle, repeat is deactivated. My playlist has almost 900 songs but I am always hearing the same songs over and over. When I look at the queue I can litterally see the same songs popping up over and over again.

We report the problem of random tracks and support asks to clean the hosts file. Hahaha that's funny!
